Introducing a useful feature for all account holders currently transitioning to Wigmore's online platform




Wigmore Medical will be launching Live Help on the digital platform during the second week of October. This is another initiative from the Wigmore customer services team to demonstrate that we will be able to interact with you at your ease and convenience while you are using the digital platform.

The Live Help is smart enough to establish a proactive outreach with our esteemed customers in real time while discovering the areas where our web audience need an additional clue or tip to progress smoothly. This will also reduce communication, thereby saving time and effort at all ends.

In the majority of situations, we are pretty positive that Live Help will enhance overall experience, as well as offer faster interaction and instant results for the digital community. Live Help will primarily function as a Web Service Desk and as a digital help gateway and will be available during weekday working hours.

The Live Help launch will be preceded by the launch of an onscreen contextual Video Help for all the features the digital platform currently offers. This will be the self-service assistant for our digital audience. We would strongly recommend our web customers

to watch the Video Help to gain a simulated experience. Video Help will also serve as a backup when the Live Help is Offline.
